Lots of Realtors will promise you the world. They like nothing better than to tell you why they think that they are 'the best around'. Me, I prefer to look at things from my client’s point of view. What’s in it for you when you work with me? That seems much more important! For 99% of people buying and selling a home, a business or a piece of land is a major milestone in their lives. It often coincides with major life changes too, a new job, a new family, retirement or bereavement etc. You want someone that understands how important such a process is to you. You need someone that will guide you through the steps at your own pace. We can go as quickly or as slowly as you want, it's up to you. You need to feel comfortable that you have chosen well as a buyer and got the best return possible as a seller. Buying or selling is a big decision, but it doesn’t need to be a dramatic or even traumatic experience! In fact, there is no reason why we can’t have some fun along the way! My first priority is to listen carefully to your wants and needs. No two buyers or sellers have exactly the same priorities, I get that! It’s why I don’t have a one size fits all approach you get from other brokers or teams that you may come across. Too often I've come across agents who merely follow a script or tell you what they think you want to hear. When you are making a big life or investment decision, you don’t want to be just a number, lost in a crowd, fighting for attention. When walking through the Real Estate jungle, you need to know that you have your own personal, trusted, capable, knowledgeable and experienced guide right by your side.
